We weren't sure if Games Workshop was ever going to release this but it looks like it is indeed still coming. Astartes 2 will be the sequel to fan made hour long animated film, Astartes made by Syama Pedersen. Pedersen was later hired by GW to work on Space Marines 2 and also did layout work for the Warhammer 40K Secret Level episode. Now finally, after years of waiting, we have discovered that Astartes 2 is still happening and we're finally getting our first look.
