I recently visited the Harvard Museum of Natural History and I was especially blown away by a panel of beetles, so I drew a few of them. Enjoy! The animation is set to a part of a new song of mine about Cicadas (not beetles), so not a perfect match. The cicada song will eventually go on an album I am planning to make called "How We Survive" exploring different animal and human survival modalities. Enjoy this preview. And come to a show!
