Join me for a 60 minute Dharma Yoga class, founded by Sri Dharma Mittra, that will leave your body and mind feeling rejuvenated. This particular class is a strong practice so knowledge of yoga poses is recommended. The focus will be on backbends with opportunity for some arm balances and inversion sequences. Dharma yoga is based on Ahimsa (non-violence) and is a devotional practice that focuses on love towards ourselves and all beings.
