Welcome to ARC Specialties, a campus of 75,000 square feet dedicated to research, design, manufacturing, assembly and testing in one location. Mechanical designers draw everything in a 3D model, from the nut and bolt to the major fabrications. Our fabrication process begins at the saw. Next, fitters and welders weld pieces together. All necessary components go into our machine shop for precision machining. All exterior components are sprayed in the paint booth using environmentally-friendly, water-based paint. After fabrication, mechanical assembly takes place. Following mechanical assembly, electrical technicians wire the system together. Programmers install custom software into each machine for final integration. When a project is completed, the customer is always invited to ARC Specialties for run-off.
