#Vrishabhavathi River that takes birth at Basavanagudi and Malleshwaram in Bengaluru is polluted in such a manner that we have forgotten that it is a river and we very conveniently call it 'Kengeri Mori'. But what we fail to realize is that this water from Kengeri Mori flows to #Byramangala Lake (Vrishabhavathi Reservoir) where the farmers use this polluted water for cultivation and the end products like baby corn and (fresh) vegetables comes back to Bengaluru market and we consume it, so any idea as to what we are consuming? We are consuming human waste and hazardous and untreated industrial chemical waste, no wonder cancer is becoming so common!
