The funeral march performed on November 25, 1963, for President John F. Kennedy. For many years it has been incorrectly called Beethoven's Funeral March No. 1 but in fact it was composed by Johann Heinrich Walch (c. 1830). The version played at the President's funeral was at approximately 100 beats per minute.
