Review of the Honda CBR500R which was kindly lent to me by the guys at Honda in Maidstone - https://www.maidstonehonda.co.uk/ Wow what a fun bike the Honda CBR500R is! As I mention in the video I have not had a lot of experience on A2 bikes so didn't really understand the joy of them. The Honda CBR500R is such a fun little machine as you can use all the power. The Honda CBR500R also looks fantastic. You'd be forgiven for thinking its the CBR650R. Available in White, Black or Red I think the red looks the best. In terms of tech the Honda CBR500R isn't complicated. It has an assist and slipper clutch, abs, LCD screen. That's it. No need to complicated it. Just good riding fun, the basics, which is a good thing. The Honda CBR500R rides well. I felt a little large for it - I'm 6ft and 90kg, though I could still have a wonderful time pushing it through the bends. What's nice is having to work the gears rather than just leaving it in 4th on a high powered bike. You earn the rides and the corners more. All in all, awesome bike I think. If you have an A2 license and are considering options this is a seriously good option to look at.
