Cataclysm Mod - Ignis (Hard, Weak Gear)

Objectively the best fight in cataclysm. Ignis is meant to be fought with stronger armor and weapons but I've already done that before. So I nerfed myself, limiting to myself fire resistance, Prot I diamond armor, and an unenchanted axe and mace. The mace is the hardest item to obtain in my gearset but I don't think it is unrealistic to get in a survival world. This fight has three major issues. The arena breaking during the fight is cool, but the lava pits are definitely the biggest reason I failed attempts. The parry-able fireballs are difficult to actually use, they only deal damage if the player has hit them first and they constantly collide with ignis immediately after being launched. Ignis has a goofy hitbox, you can see this pretty clearly in phase 3 where I drop mace hits multiple times. Maybe about 80-100 attempts trying this. The mod: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/...
