The original, SoundWagon from the 70's, was also known as the "Vinyl Killer" because of its tendency to scratch up records. It is also recommended in the Record Runner's operations manual to not play on any invaluable records. This uses 2 x AAA batteries, comes with volume control and only plays 33 1/3 rpm records. I like that the Audio-Technica needle is replaceable as well. You should be able to find a few of these for sale on Amazon, if you want. Round and round, we went on a trip.
