Banana & Chocolate Chip Muffins (5 min prep | 15 min bake) ✅ Ingredients: • 2 ripe bananas • 2 eggs • 150 g flour (wholemeal or regular) • 1 tsp baking powder • 50 ml milk (plant-based or regular) • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey • 40 g dark chocolate chips ➡️ Steps: 1. Mash the bananas, add the eggs, milk, and maple syrup. 2. Add the flour and baking powder, mix well. 3. Stir in the chocolate chips and pour into muffin tins. 4. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C. ⸻ 🥥 2. Date & Coconut Energy Balls (No Bake) (5 minutes prep | 10 minutes rest) ✅ Ingredients: • 100g pitted dates • 50g rolled oats • 1 tbsp almond or hazelnut puree • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional) • 30g desiccated coconut ➡️ Steps: 1.
