2022 Croatia Rally Friday Highlights - Wet Conditions, Near Misses 😳 and Fast Tarmac Action!

The M-Sport Ford World Rally Team launched into action today on Croatia Rally, the first full-Tarmac event for the fleet of Ford Puma 🐈‍⬛ Hybrid 🔋 Rally1s in the 2022 season. Craig Breen performed exceptionally well setting consistent stage times throughout the day, including a 3rd fastest time in SS1 and ending the day 4th overall. Gus Greensmith also kept his footing and a strong pace, until a puncture on the final stage meant he needed to be recovered back to service. New recruit, Pierre-Louis Loubet, unfortunately suffered a few punctures this morning which caused his retirement before first service. Fellow Frenchman Fourmaux was not long behind him when an off caused severe damage to the car, meaning his event came to a sudden end. More action to come over the weekend.
