Overnight Sunday in to Monday Morning, Satellite estimated winds (DVORAK) shows #Goni / #Rolly may be even intensifying a bit more prior to landfall. Now estimations put it over 300kph winds. Purely for the sake of comparison, this is the type of winds that belong in a EF4 tornado. Manila continues to look like it will be taking a close hit from the storm but remains on the southern less potent side, still close enough for impacts though.
