Tyler from Inverted Access takes a look at Qbert Rebooted on the PS4. Qbert Rebooted features two game types, the classic Qbert and a new Rebooted mode with 40 levels. Classic Qbert is just like the arcade version. You've got a limited number of lives and there's enemies all over the place aiming to take you down. Only Qbert masters will be able to get far in this mode. Rebooted mode is more forgiving, granting you five lives to complete three levels. There's also several different character skins for you to unlock. Unfortunately most of the early rebooted maps are pretty dull and uninspired, so the game gets repetitive fairly quickly. The controls weren't as bad as I was expecting. I definitely hopped off the screen on accident on a few occasions, but the controls are still competent enough to work for the most part.
