Repairing a Burco 6 slot cafe toaster with a faulty mechanical timer ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The toaster from my wife's cafe stopped working - traced the fault to the mechanical timer mechanism that wasn't completing the circuit. After some investigation and testing, managed to get it working again, though the timer mechanism isn't perfect and will likely need replacing. This is unedited workshop footage showing the diagnosis process, a couple of unexpected timer activation's while working on it, and testing the repair.
