Mixing Audio in Premiere with the Korg NanoKontrol Studio!

In this episode I run through the basics of audio mixing and review and show you how to setup the Korg NanoKontrol Studio Midi Controller to work with Adobe Premiere 2020. Once it works, it's a great addition to your editing toolkit. Although it offers Bluetooth, connecting to premiere requires the USB interface to be used. The device also enters a hypnotic light show when not in use after a certain amount of time. The key is to understand the Clip and Track mixer functions in this editing software, set the interface up correctly and tell the mixer which mode to boot up in. This is achieved with a combination of button presses on startup. Once connected and selected in the control surface panel in Premiere Pro all works like a charm and you control the software mixers with this device. It took a while for me to get it up and running but I'm glad I spent the £100 on this hardware.
