I Built a Crab That Controls The Music - Custom Crab Keyboard

Nobody asked for a crab keyboard… So obviously I built one. In this video, I design and build a tiny 4-key media controller shaped like a crab — complete with claws and eyes that control your music. Volume, play/pause, skip, rewind, and fast-forward… all with just four keys using smart combo inputs. This project covers the full process: Sketching the concept Vector design in Inkscape Designing the PCB in KiCad Creating the case and keycaps in FreeCAD Slicing models in Ultimaker Cura 3D printing with easyPETG by 3DJake Soldering, battery management (LIR3032), and final assembly This little crab runs on a rechargeable coin cell battery, uses direct wiring, and fits everything into a compact custom PCB.
