Having now completed their 2013 programme, this is Moose's review of the Terrafirma Air Shocks 16" travel (TF141). For these events, Moose decided he wanted the competition truck to go faster. Due to a limited budget, rather than look to expensive engine modifications or even an engine replacement, Moose took the decision to upgrade the suspension. Until then Moose Offroad had been running the Terrafirma "+5"" Remote reservoir shocks (TF403) and while these had performed superbly, the team wanted the ability to take on rougher terrain while achieving higher speeds without sacrificing articulation in the slower twisty bits. With confidence already high in the Terrafirma suspension, the natural and affordable choice was the Terrafirma Mega Sport Shocks 11" travel (TF137) for the front and the Terrafirma Air shocks 16" travel (TF141) for the back. The improvements in ride quality and the teams ability to carry speed have been fantastic.
