In this project, I turn some pallet wood into the iconic Straw Hat Pirates' Jolly Roger from One Piece using a router and a bit of paint. Starting with reclaimed pallet wood, I cut, carve, sand, paint, and stain the piece to create a wooden version of the famous pirate flag from One Piece. The carved outlines are done with a router to give the design depth and a handmade look, while the final stain helps the skull stand out against the wood grain.
