'Kirklees College - Celebrating Diversity'

At the beginning of February 2015 Kirklees College held a Diversity Week. As part of this week long event The College held a day celebrating the Diversity and Equality of the College. Kirklees Local Television attended the event which included things like, but not limited to, art workshops, foods from around the world, a race designed to highlight the facilities in place to assist wheelchair users at the college, a stand teaching basic British Sign Language and a fashion show. Kirklees Local Television talks to organisers, staff, participants and students to gauge the success of the event and the progress being made with Equality and Diversity within the college.
