During this week’s LeadBuddy Office Hours, we focused on troubleshooting calendar sync issues and automations built around pipeline movement — ensuring clients have buildouts that actually support how they operate day to day. Here’s what we worked through: Alex – Calendar Booking Issue We resolved an issue where Alex’s “Four to a Table” event wasn’t showing availability. The problem came down to a 30-minute pre-buffer overlapping an existing event, plus a recurring calendar invite that had inadvertently shown his status his availability status as “Busy.” Once those were adjusted, bookings opened up immediately. Robert – CPG Pipeline + Bot Activation We built a dedicated pipeline for Robert’s CPG prospects, separate from his existing workflows, so this segment can be tracked and automated independently. We also activated his website chatbot, which is now live and capturing and qualifying leads 24/7. This sets him up for more targeted automation as volume increases. Richard – Tax Prep Automation We mapped out a full pipeline strategy for Richard’s 2025 tax season — from outreach and consult scheduling through document collection and completion. Each stage includes automated follow-ups, with a post-completion Google review request built in to close the loop. These weekly calls continue to be a solid space for hands-on troubleshooting, workflow design, and making sure clients are actually getting leverage out of their LeadBuddy system — not just features sitting unused.
