But the real mystery unfolds as we turn onto La Cuesa Road. Did you know this area was once thought to hold ancient Amerindian middens, when millions of seashells were discovered, later confirmed to be an astonishing 5 million years old? While we couldn't show the shells on private property, the history behind them is fascinating! Our adventure continues, taking us through Siewdass Road and Mission Road, guiding us to the charming, smaller towns along Arena Road. Get ready for some personal firsts too, as this was my very first time driving on Arena Road, and the truly spectacular Caparo Chickland Road (CCR)! The CCR offers breathtaking hilltop views, winding through vast agricultural lands, a stark contrast to the more urban feel of Mission and Arena.
