Dr. Grinstead will be spending the week with the staff at VFMC and conducting a 20 Hour Addiction-Free Pain Management® (APM) Competency Certification training. This week Dr. Grinstead will also be reviewing the VFMC APM™ Center of Excellence and talking with the pain patients in addition to the staff. VFMC has been working with Dr. Grinstead and using the APM Treatment System since 2007 and was the first East Coast APM™ Center of Excellence. Valley Forge Medical Center (VFMC) offers their Breakthrough Chronic Pain Management (BCPM) services developed specifically for those patients suffering from co-occurring issues of chronic pain and substance abuse and/or addiction.
