Rieccomi: sono appena tornato dai festeggiamenti per i 40 anni del film "Octopussy - Operazione Piovra" e quindi oggi vi porto nella campagna inglese del Cambridgeshire e più precisamente nella valle del fiume Nene. Qui troviamo una ferrovia storica, gestita da volontari, che è stata utilizzata per molte riprese del film. Non solo le sequenze che vedono coinvolti treni e locomotive, ma anche la scena iniziale dell'uccisione di 009 a Berlino è in realtà stata girata qui. Abbiamo visitato le location, spostandoci a bordo di un treno riservato agli appassionati che da tutto il mondo sono arrivati a Peterborough e siamo stati raggiunti da molti membri del cast e della crew dell'epoca che hanno reso ancora più speciale questa celebrazione. Sono stati due giorni molto intensi, ma divertenti e interessanti e non sono certo mancate le sorprese! Here we find a historic Nene Valley Railway, run by volunteers, which was used for many filming of the movie: not only the sequences involving trains and locomotives, but also the opening scene of 009's killing in Berlin was actually filmed here. We visited the locations, moving on board a train reserved for fans from all over the world who arrived in Peterborough and we were joined by many members of the cast and crew of the time, which made this celebration even more special. There were two very intense days, but fun and interesting and there were certainly no lack of surprises!
