I made an ice cream cake for my daughters birthday, and it turned out really good. The cookie crumbles were the best. Hope you enjoy! For the cookie crumbles you will need: (Amounts are in the video because I explain about exact amounts) Chocolate sandwich cookies. I take the filling out and crush them really good in the food processor. Then I mix in some magic shell and mix well. Spread it out on some parchment paper and place in the fridge or freezer. Once set, break them up. The magic shell keeps the crushed cookies from getting soggy.
