New mount, swap out the observatory rig! CGX-L and Rasa11 inbound

I have changed my mind.....originally I was going to keep the Edge11 in the dome, but decided to to keep the RASA11 in there. However, I want to be able to run 2 rigs at the same time, so got myself a new CGX-L for the RASA in the dome and keep the CGX for the Edge11.
