www.ultiverse.org Ultiverse is an immersive audio-visual installation, composed of refracted light, synthesised audio and vibrations. By immersing audiences in an alternate dimension of light and sound, Ultiverse poses the question - what does our existence become when there are no known boundaries and constructs? Created by artist Akeelah Bertram, Ultiverse first exhibited in Leeds as a light and sound installation. In Ultiverse R&D 2017, Akeelah collaborated with technologist Joanne Armitage and composer Aron Kyne to introduce interactive elements to the installation. The challenge was to introduce complex interactions to the work. This open ended process was informed by audiences at 3 open events.
