September is Gynecologic Cancer Awareness Month. Gynecologic cancer is a grouping term for cancers that affect the female reproductive system. The main types of gynecologic cancer are #uterinecancer, #ovariancancer, #cervicalcancer, #vaginalcancer and #vulvarcancer. There is also #endometrialcancer, which is a common subtype of uterine cancer. Cancer that begins in the fallopian tubes is rare.
