But how can we practice it? Here I am telling you the steps to practice Gyan Mudra: 1. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: • Sit in a comfortable and relaxed position, with your spine straight and your palms facing upward on your knees. 2. 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: • Touch the tip of your thumb gently to the tip of your index finger. • Keep the other three fingers extended and relaxed. • Both hands can be in this position, resting on your knees. 3. 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀: • Close your eyes gently and take a few deep breaths to relax. • As you inhale and exhale, bring your awareness to your breath. • Focus your mind on the connection between your thumb and index finger, and the energy flowing there. 4. 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: • While holding the Gyan Mudra, set an intention for your practice. It could be mental clarity, focus, or inner peace. • Feel the subtle energy circulating through your fingertips, creating a connection between your mind and body. 5. 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: • Practice for 10-15 minutes daily or as long as you're comfortable. • You can do it any time of the day, preferably on an empty stomach. 6. 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲: • To release the mudra, gently separate your thumb and index finger. • Sit quietly for a moment, allowing the effects of the practice to settle. 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿, Gyan Mudra is a symbolic and energetic gesture that can amplify your practice and enhance your connection between ancient wisdom and modern understanding. It's a bridge that unites the realms of science and spirituality within you. #gyanmudra #science #wisdom Follow: / @siddhism
