My family loves this recipe so much that I cook it twice a day! Breakfast in 5 minutes turns out to be very tasty and healthy. Ingredients: 3 bell peppers 1/4 red onion parsley basil 2 eggs salt pepper 1/3 lb (150g) mozzarella 4 slices of toast bread olive oil toast cheese Preparation: Chop the bell pepper, onion and pour into a bowl. Add eggs, salt, pepper, mix. Chop the parsley, basil, add to the mixture, stir. Dice the mozzarella. Cut the middle out of the toast bread. Pour olive oil into a frying pan, put bread without the middle, fry on one side. Fry the middle of the bread separately on both sides. Put two breads without the middle on top of each other. Put the mixture in the middle. Top with mozzarella and cover with fried center. Put the toast cheese on the sandwiches. Fry under the lid until the cheese melts. Sprinkle with parsley.
