I've tried a few fried recipes, but this has to be the crispiest fried fish I've had. My family loves it, I'm sure your's will too! Simple mix of a few spices below, flour, eggs, and coat in Panko breadcrumbs. Panko crispy bread crumbs give it the extra-crispiness and keeps it that way, while the fish remains moist. Although this recipe may sound simple to taste, the result is amazingly flaky, crispy fish. This is perfect for a tasty dinner to kick off the weekend.
