Under the Lake is a multi-part series, in which I strive to construct the most Lore-Accurate Friday the 13th Timeline as possible, by examining the in-universe events of each officially licensed Friday the 13th product and combing through every list bit of evidence provided within. Part of that entails rebuking the 'official timeline', which makes absolutely no sense. Friday the 13th is well known for its iconic, hockey-masked main antagonist, but it's also well known for being hilariously loose on continuity, with the later entries in the series opting for more and more outlandish gimmicks as a selling point, culminating in a crossover with the 'Man of Your Nightmares' Freddy Krueger in 2003.
