So happy to share you this newly built project in Shanghai city. I will give you an detailed introduction about this project. 1 there are to silos as cement powder storage silos. This project use Mgo powder as main raw material. (You can choose cement powder, MGO powder or gypsum powder to produce hollow core panels) 2 This is the raw material platform. All the raw materials for this projects with full automatic system in feeding, metering and mixing and casting. Why this process must be full automatic, as when you are producing the panels, it is according to a standard formula. In this way, we can ensure the panels are produced by same formula. 3 This is a main mixer, with a big capacity. Also with double mixing shafts so it can ensure all the material can be mixed well well. This project in Shanghai is using mgo powder and Mgso4 to produce hollow core panels. As MGO powder has an excellent performance in fireproof. 4 When producing hollow core panels, to increase the bending strength of panels, we will help customers to adjust the formula. Such like add some short fiber into mixer. You can use some local fiber such like coconut fiber or PP fiber. 5 After all the raw material mixed well in platform, then workers can cast slurry into horizontal mold cars. Before casting, workers should install the aluminum profiles into mold car firstly. Also paint the demolding oil into mold car, in this way after few hours workers can easily take the hollow core panels from mold cars. At the two sides of horizontal mold cars, Workers the plug on each size. This project is with the plaster kind plug. For cement kind hollow core panels, it is with steel kind plug. The horizontal mold car can be controlled to open and close automatically, as there are hydraulic device on mold car base. So save much labor energy time during production. Workers install the core tube into mold car. This core tube is with steel inside, plaster outside. So much durable. This project to produce 200mm hollow core panels with two lines of core. The diameter is 60mm At last the workers also put two layers of fiber glass mesh into mold car. With fiber glass mesh, it can increase the bending strength of hollow core panels. Also fiber glass mesh can make the surface of cement panels more smooth and flat. 4 After this horizontal mold car is installed very well, then it is moving forwarder on the rails to the casting working area. This project is with 45 sets horizontal mold cars, which has achieved the max production capacity per day by 1 working shift. So for bigger production capacity, the mold cars are often movable and the different working areas have different places. Such like here is to demolding area. Then this working area is only to do work of demolding. In this kind layout design, the whole production line is more clean and easy to manage all this working process. Different workers are doing different jobs and only responsible for his working area. wIth the two rubber hoses, they are connected to the second mixer directly. So during the casting, the mixer keeps mixing to avoid the solidification of slurry. the mixed slurry cast into mold cars by the hoses directly. After the casting, workers will put the upper aluminum profiles on the top of mold cars With the profiles, the cement panel can be with T&G edges, which is easy to install cement panels. 5 The horizontal mold cars go into curing room. In the curing room the temperature is higher than outside. This curing room is optional for different countries. So according to your climates, our engineer can check for you if you need or not.
