YOO what is up everyone! In this Purple Belt v a brand new White Belt [Rolling/Sparring] Video Breakdown I talk about how I like to roll with White Belts who are very new at our gym. This is Gi Rolling/Sparring Video. This is a Purple Belt v a brand new White Belt BJJ video breakdown. I've been a Purple Belt since 2019 and also moved out to California to train. I will be bringing Gi Rolling/Sparring Video Breakdowns to the channel on a regular basis so stay tuned for more! I'm always looking to improve and what better way to do that than to post my rolls on the internet for people to watch and dissect. What could go wrong? lol So this roll was pretty fun because this White Belt has been training for about 2 months and has the biggest smile while sparring. He isn't too spazzy and takes his time to try and figure out how to approach my guard. This Purple Belt v brand new White Belt roll focuses on how I can get better by focusing on timing and transitions and he can get better because he has to focus on passing an open guard and playing defense . I wanted to post this Purple Belt v brand new White Belt video to show white belts things they can focus on when rolling with upper belts to help them progress faster. I hope you guys enjoy it. I also really enjoy narrated jiu-jitsu videos where you can follow my train of thought during the rolling/sparring. In this video I mainly explore being passive and allowing the brand new white belt a chance to play from top and bottom. When I am on top and passing I do so in a slow way so that the white belt can see just what I am doing and work through how to stop it.
