Aldo Rafael Forte - Concerto for Soprano Saxophone and Band
Recorded on "Vintage" CD by the Nationaal Jeugd Harmonie Orkest of The Netherlands here conducted by Alex Schillings with Linda Arnoldus on soprano saxophone. Many thanks to Bert Langeler who at the time of the recording was resident conductor of this great ensemble. The group performed the piece on an all Forte concert at the Royal Conservatory in the Hague in 2003 and went on to play it at the Mid Europe Festival in Schladming, Austria before making this recording.
