Hiiiiiii! Welcome to my channel AGAIN!!! :P I am starting my YouTube journey once again! Simply because this time I have finally decided to do it right and consistently without giving up the last two times! Obviously you don't know me... So I am Aparna Chandran, a certified personal trainer and nutritionist from India, now in Melbourne (don't know where I will be next). I help women, get fitter, stronger, lose fat and healthier but creating sustainable eating and workout habits without calorie counting and going to the gym! WHY? Because I have been there, done that and it took a mental toll on me! I was obsessed with calories, with lifting weights, with looking a certain way that it led to me to have eating disorders, being anorexic, having body image issues and missing out on life! I taught myself to listen to my body, do what I like, have goals I want to have regardless of what the trend in the fitness industry is and heal my relationship with my body and life! From being obsessed with being skinny, to tearing my ACL, to finding balance, I share everything in this video! I am just being completely honest and do not mean to go against any other form or opinions of fitness! In this video, I'm truly sharing my story of how I went from being obsessed with my weight to becoming more balanced and healthier. I talk about my journey, my disorder, and how I overcame it. This video is meant to be a personal reflection of my journey, and to help others who are struggling with their weight and their health. Caroline Deisler Again! Love their workouts and I still do some of them at times! But now, I do just the cardio, full body or upper body ones and I make sure that I do only one lower body workout a week and not more as I find it easy to build lower body strength! As many (not all) of their workouts have a heavy focus on the lower body! I am not here to build my booty or glute muscles but just have overall fitness and be strong!
