Our engine workshop is fully equipped with state-of-the-art tooling and World-Class Engine and APU Test Cell, which have thrust levels up to 100,000 pounds. This enables us to simulate the power plant performance under real-time conditions for accurate diagnosis. Detail Information : Engine Motoring Test is the first step for engine testing In the Motoring Test, the engine running at a constant speed about 3600 N2 Rpm using the Air Starter Motor (there is no fuel burning in this test) The air pressure flowed through the Turbine 'Air Starter Motor' will rotate the 'Accessory Gear Box' and the 'Horizontal Drive Shaft' (Transfer Gear Box), then transferred to the 'Radial Drive Shaft', This shaft ultimately drives the HP Compressor & Turbine ( Rotating Engine ), the purpose of motoring is to ensure that the engine is completely free of fuel and oil leaks, positive oil pressure, normal indication and ready for engine testing to high power / Take off position.
