🎸"Coming Up" - Mark 1.10 A.V., is an uptempo "One Chord" guitar jam in the key of B. The WaWa kicks in at the 3:35 mark. This take is the second in a series of three jams from the same "Riff Building Guitar Jam" session as "One Way", previously uploaded. Steve Costello improvises various patterns of guitar riff motives over the course of the jam. Cosmo Fasciano plays keyboard over an awesome background that Cosmo created for the jam. Steve plays these guitar licks in his own style, but is sometimes similar to the 1960's electric Blues guitar styles of Albert King, Jimi Hendrix, John Fogerty, Stevie Ray Vaughan and other similar style guitar players. 🎸In this jam, Steve plays guitar using feedback and subtle WaWa kicks in at the 3:35s mark, while Cosmo creates a great background with the Yamaha Arranger Keyboard. 🎸"Coming Up": a "One Chord" song in the key of B🎸 "Coming Up" is played in Steve Costello's own style, being an #improvisation. However, there are some influences from the styles of Albert King, Jimi Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughan. Steve has been playing guitar for over 48 years. He has had the pleasure of jamming with and recording many songs with the very talented Cosmo Fasciano. I have many of these recordings, along with my own recordings, and these are the recordings which I am now remastering with Audacity, and putting these songs up on this channel. There are many tapes, and some have been re-mastered, and there are still many more to do - it's really a lot of work, but the end result is well worth it, as there is much stress dealing with analog issues such as matching various tape speeds and pitch, an occasional tape that gets "eaten " and the hassle of repairing it, and tape deck trim pots oxidizing.
