Can Liquid Metal Save the Larkbox pro?

Hello everyone! this is a follow up to the video I made last month replacing the thermal pad with a copper spacer and artic silver 5 thermal paste. The pc is still turning the fans on and off in this annoying pattern. :(. lets try Liquids metal to see how it preforms! Liquid metals are roughly 10x more conductive than thermal paste is. maybe it will transfer enough heat into the heatsink to stop the fans from going though this annoying cycle. UPDATE= (with out spoiling the video) I popped it open again and disconnected the fan. The hottest I have measured it with no fan is 75°C. which is perfectly within operating temps. Don't forget this CPU is only a few watts. It is winter time here is CA and things usually get hot in the summer so I might revisit this in the future to completely remove the fan and solder on more heat fins or wire in a power switch into the back of the pc to manually turn the fan on/off. So far pretty impressed with Liquid Metal.
