BUILDING STEEL RADIATOR DUCTING!!

Hi folks! In this episode were going to attempt to bring engine coolant temps even further down since the front mount intercooler install. If youve been folling the channel you know that we have had minor cooling issues and have attempted to duct off the radiator before using ABS plastic and some trim. That helped BUT being in the middle of the summer months with ambient temps in the upper 90's and lots of summer time traffic keeping me stuck in the stop and go, I decided to attempt to remedy this ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!. We used 18g plain steel sheets and some piping insulation to close off all the gaps and redirect airflow up and through the radiator. Before the first ducting attempt we saw logged temps of 210. After adding carbon fiber bumper "nostrils" the temps dropped down to the 196-208 range. Now that this is complete im aiming for no more than 196 while cruising and 205 in stop and go traffic.
