Know your Rating Systems: Exploring Green Globes & BREEAM

Join us for a webinar exploring Green Globes and BREEAM! Green Globes and BREEAM are both green building assessment tools designed to help owners and operators interactively manage their buildings through third-party assessments. As a nationally recognized green building rating program, Green Globes works with building owners to help with sustainability goals for new constructions, existing buildings, and interiors. The rating system could help buildings reduce operating costs, receive incentives through rebates, retain and attract talent, and increase marketability. They provide in-depth support to help manage these goals. We will also be discussing The Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method, or BREEAM. BREEAM aims to achieve zero net carbon, use data to aid decision-making, and make a positive impact. Backed by science, BREEAM helps businesses improve each pillar of sustainability; environmental, social, and economic. There are 12 assessment categories with 6 different ratings. New constructions, retrofits, in-use, and community-wide scopes are all supported.
