Does This BLOWOUT Hack Really Work? | Fab or Fail

Let's try one out for you today... do you think I can pull it off? First, Alexa is stunning and has amazingly beautiful hair! The look of her hair after the blowout hack looks even more beautiful. Is that look really that easy to get? Let's give it a try. I first used my Hairiatage "Play It Cool" Heat Protectant Spray before applying heat, then I'll be using my Hairitage "Curl Envy" 1 1/4" Curling Wand, which heats up to 450 F and recommended for a wide range of hair types and textures, from 1A-4C. (Both products are available exclusively in Walmart stores or online via the link above!) To follow Alex's tutorial, you only wrap the ends of the hair on the curling barrel, and only for a few seconds. Then you clip the hair roll up until it cools. Be careful, because the hair loops will be hot to touch as you clip them! Then when you are done wrapping/clipping all the ends of your hair, you release the curls and then finger comb (or use a paddle brush) to get your desired blowout look. Now keep in mind, all hair types are different. So many factors come into play, including the hair's health, thickness, porosity, ability to hold a curl, etc. Externally, how long you hold the iron to the hair also matters, as is if you use product to help maintain a curl. So these results are on my hair type only. Your results may vary. So how do I rate this blowout hack Fab or Fail video? It was a definite FAIL for me. My hair took the curl too strongly, so that effortless blowout look was nowhere attainable for me. I actually tried a few times. But, it could work on your hair as mentioned above! I love the way Alexa's hair turned out, it just did not work on me.
