PLEASE READ In order to save time, the pokemon in this video have been edited. However, all of them are perfectly legal. I apologize for using this method and thank you for your understanding. The Battle Tree has three modes of battle: Singles, Doubles and Multi-Battles. In each one, you will try to beat 20 trainers in a row, culminating in a battle against Red or Blue.. or both. Beat these three modes and you'll unlock their Super variant, where battles are harder and you'll fight until you're knocked out. I had the hardest time playing through regular Multi-Battles that I gave up on trying to record a full run since I had to make time by turning battle animations off. No matter what I tried, we would constantly get swept in the second or third fight. And when I could get through that, I'd always fall around the 10-15th fight. In this run I figured a better strategy, which is to go all out on offense from the get-go. My good friend Grimsley and his Mega Absol are perfect for the job. I tried Wally, but his Mega Altaria would spend several turns setting up Dragon Dance, then only use Giga Impact. I'll definitely be able to offer more highlights for my Super Multis run, which will (probably) be the final Pokemon Sun video.
