My setup was NNNBC with Madshus Glittertind MGV, 200 cm. I started skinning from the beginning, but partway up the snow began sticking badly to the skins. From halfway on I removed them and continued climbing using the step pattern. I love the view from the plateau after crossing Wasabi-zawa. And there stood the same giant Nezuko tree as always. For the return I headed downhill toward Shiraike Pond. I decided not to make turns—only traverses and kick turns. Descending that way kept my mind light and easy. Once again this year I was able to walk across the frozen pond, and this time I even enjoyed a hammock break. The downhill from Shiraike Pond was the same style, and just as enjoyable. The beech forest undulates, making natural stops easy. Just ski straight toward them—that’s all. And that’s the fun of it. The mountains are now in perfect condition for xc-ski wandering. 蓮華温泉からの下山滑走ルートを木地屋から逆進、ワサビ沢の上の台地まで。道具はNNNBCでMadshus Glittertind MGV+200cm。最初からシールで歩くも途中で雪がくっつきだし大変なことに。ゆえ半分から先は剥がしてステップカットのみにて。やっぱこれがいい。ワサビ沢を渡った先の台地の景色が好きです。また、相変わらずのねずこの大木。すげぇ＝＝。帰路は白池に向かってのダウンヒル。もうターンはせずに斜滑降とキックターンのみと決めて下れば心も軽やかなり。そして今年も白池の上を歩くことが出来ました。今回はハンモック休憩までも。白池からのダウンヒルも同様な滑走スタイルでまた楽し。ブナの森はうねっているので自然停止がしやすいわけです。そこに向けてただただ真っすぐ滑る。これだけ。だから楽しい～。山はクロカンでワンダリングができるコンディション、整いましたよー。 mahoroba club：https://www.otr.pxc.jp/~mahoroba/ https://www.otr.pxc.jp/~mahoroba/2403... https://www.otr.pxc.jp/~mahoroba/2111... https://www.otr.pxc.jp/~mahoroba/2409...
