Here is an example video and project file that creates weekly, monthly and custom date/time range reports by reading from an Access database. Note that the times used in the database are in UTC. There are some simple scripts required to make this happen. The key is you use "RunGlobalProcedureAsync" when calling your heavy script. This way the user can continue to interact with the HMI interface. Is you don't use it, you must wait for teh script to finish before you can interact with the HMI. In the project you will also see a date/time picker custom widget. This widget uses java script to present a nice interface that is customizable (via java script code). It also outputs # of hours between the start and end date so that you can use it with the HSTtoTXT function(not used in this example).
