My Blood Test Results After 1,372 Food Challenge Wins | Operation Atlas 2026

Hey everybody!! In this video, I'm discussing the comprehensive blood test results I got from the Any Lab Test Now location in Franklin, Tennessee back in September 2025 after winning 1,372 unique man vs food restaurant eating challenges!! This is the third and final video related to the preventative diagnostic tests I got done prior to officially starting my "Operation Atlas 2026" weight loss diet period. I did not retest when I got home from our holiday travels, so these will be the bloodwork results I use for comparison when I do retest again in May before beginning all our summer food challenge travels. I start by going over the numbers for my major electrolytes which are potassium, sodium, and chloride. Then, I discuss my fasting blood glucose and Hemoglobin A1C numbers. I talk about the bloodwork numbers related to my liver and kidneys, and then detail my blood lipid panel which includes my total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, and triglycerides. I briefly go over my Complete Blood Count (CBC) results as well as my testosterone test result numbers, which I added to the test, since I'll be 40 years old in June later this year (2026). I compare some of the 2025 numbers to the published results I got back in December 2021 after finishing up my 15-week Sexification 2021 weight loss transformation.
