Add milk and cook till milk completely evaporates, stirring occasionally. Add crumbled khoya and mix well. Cook till mixture thickens. Add sugar and cook on low flame. Stir continuously till mixture leaves the pan sides. Add ghee, elaichi powder, lemon juice, and dry fruits. Mix well. Set burfi Transfer to greased plate, spread evenly.
