Welcome back to the channel! In this video, I go over a little home brew coolant filtration system I put together on a customer's 1990 Ford Ranger. The previous owner had mixed DexCool and Green coolant which turned to sludge. Even after multiple flushes and replacing EVERYTHING, it was still plugging heater cores on a regular basis. ~$35 or so and an hour later... no more plugged heater cores! Just goes to show why mixing coolant types is never a good idea.
