The X5 45e comes with a 3L turbocharged inline 6 with an 8 speed automatic transmission combined with an electric motor.This BMW X5 45e has 389 Horsepower. 443 lb-ft of torque. 45 km of EV Range. Its range is competitive compared to its competition like the Volvo XC90 T8 with 30km of EV range, the Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid with 48km, Range Rover Sport PHEV with 51km of range and the Audi Q5e which is smaller but another PHEV option gets about 30km of range which is around the same as the BMW X3 30e. None of these luxury brands get the same EV range as the Toyota RAV4 Prime with 68km of range.
