The project site has a unique feature due to its proximity to the holy shrine and the ease of access to the city important places. On this basis, the main concept of the project was to create the utmost perspective to the holy shrine. Residential units are designed to provide both temporary and permanent accommodation for the visitors. Design strategy by which the validity of commercial units hinges on, is to form a strong bond with the visitors. The ultimate view to the holy shrine from the second floor plaza is considered to be an appealing feature which draws more visitors in to the commercial complex.
