Mason Stewart of the UK CoSW recently pulled out his yoga mat and led us through a self-care routine at our coldstream campus! Great for beginner-intermediate yogis, this routine is a reliable practice any time you have 30 minutes to sit down, pull out your mat, and be in the moment. Mason seeks to help people gain a greater sense of awareness of how our bodies move through space. His classes emphasize intentional movement woven with elements of strength building and refining alignment while increasing mobility and range of motion. He always encourages having fun with your practice and strives to live a life off the mat as we do on the mat. Mason received his 200 hour YTT in Seattle, WA in 2020 with Patrick Beach and Carling Harps of Awakening Yoga and went on to complete an additional 200 hours with Casey and Christina Sleeper of Saj Yoga in Lexington, KY. You can find him teaching at Forum Modern Yoga located in the Hartland Shopping Center in Lexington.
